      I'm in the process of writing my procedures for my small business. While I don't think the book is a total waste of time, it fell short in a few ways. First, it seems to be geared more toward manufacturing businesses, not service or retail. Second, it provides a VERY basic skeleton of how to write a procedure, some of which I'm not sure is completely relevant to all business.
